A weight loss program, the pink method diet program was introduced by Dr. Philshow and the program was released to the public as the pink method diet program, in November 2011. Clinical nutritionist Cynthia Pasquella was the mastermind behind articulating this pink method diet program.

P.I.N.K is an acronym for Power, Nutrition, Intensity and Cardio but with a K. The pink method diet program is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages; however, it was specifically designed for women. The diet is based on simple workouts and clean eating.

The third phase of the pink method diet program focuses on helping you lose the last few stubborn pounds, helping you break through the plateaus of weight loss. The program lasts for one week and includes a high nutrient “Shred Soup”.
